Fish stocking

Brigitte Bourgeois and Pierre Martin have once again volunteered to stock the lake with pickerel. Unfortunately, the supplier has low stocks this year (2011), so it appears that only four inch pickerel will only be available in the fall of 2011. We could get small 1 to 2 inch pickerel in the spring of 2012, however they would be very fragile; it would be better to wait for larger ones.

If you are interested in making a contribution for the stocking, it would be much appreciated. The Association has spent approximately $3,000 per year for fish stocking.
