Poison ivy

Poison ivy plants were discovered on the Chemin Charbonneau on Grand Lac Rond. Sores (blisters) may be caused by this absolutely disgusting plant as well as extremely irritating itching. A serious warning should be given to all who ventured into the forest and even on their private land. Where there is one poison ivy plant, there may be several.

Because it is easier to prevent than to cure, people should learn to identify this plant by visiting some websites. There are also several hazards when handling this weed and ESPECIALLY, do not incinerate it!
